RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you so much for shopping at Tropii Co. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help an anyway that we can! 

Returns

You are allotted 30 calendar days to return any item you bought from the date you received it.

For your item to be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

The product you purchased needs to have the Tropii Co. order number or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received your item, we will immediately notify you that we have it and it will be inspected for any damage. After the inspection of your item is completed, we will reach out to you with further details.

Once your returned item is approved, we will start the refund process to your credit/debit card immediately. You will only be refunded for the item’s purchase price. Taxes and shipping rates will not be refunded.

All refunds will be posted in your account within (7 days) of approval.

Shipping

Tropii Co. does not pay return shipping costs or taxes. These costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Exchanges

In order for you to exchange your item for another due to sizes/prints/etc. please return your purchased item as a return order. Once this has taken place, we ask that you re-enter your order on our website and we will defer the payment.

Damaged or Defective Products

Should your purchased item be delivered damaged, you will have a maximum of 10 calendar days to contact our support at support@thetropiibrand.com  with your contact information. (i.e) name, order numbers, and the name of design.

Should your purchased item be damaged due to a manufacturing and design defect, you will have 30 calendar days to contact support@thetropiibrand.com  with the same information as stated above.

Cancellations

To cancel any order you may have placed, please email support@thetropiibrand.com with your full name, order number, and contact information. The information entered must align with the information submitted with the original order.

We will make every effort to assure that your order has been or will be cancelled.

Should your order be shipped after a cancellation was submitted, We will refund your purchase once item has been returned and inspected for damage. Please allow for 7 calendar days for the refunded amount to show up on your bank statements.

Third Party Sellers

For all purchases made through third-parties such as retail stores or personal sellers, please contact them initially with any questions or concerns you may have.

The majority of our retailers we work hand in hand with have created their own shipping/return/warranty policies. At Tropii Co. we try to refrain from overstepping our boundaries on their business practices.

In the event you are unable to get in contact with your third-party, please contact support@thetropiibrand.com  ASAP with your proof of purchase (i.e. receipts, pics, order numbers, etc.) and we will try our best to handle the situation with prompt response and solution.
